As part of pre qualification and underwriting, we or our partners may obtain a soft credit pull and, where applicable to move a deal forward, a hard credit inquiry, along with property records, title information, and other documentation needed to evaluate a loan.

• From third parties. We may obtain information from credit bureaus, title companies, appraisers, loan servicers, referral partners, and other real estate or lending professionals involved in your transaction, where they are legally permitted to share that information with us.

• Automatically as you use the Site. We collect information about how you interact with the Site through cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies, including pages viewed and how you arrived at the Site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use Personal Information collected about you for the following purposes:
